1. Modular Transpired Solar Cassettes

The building blocks of our technology. Available in standard sizes or custom modules.

• Module Sizes: Standard 1 × 1 meter or 1 × 2 meters. Other sizes available on request.
• Material: AlMg3 (marine-grade aluminium).
• Thickness Options: Available in 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, and 1.0 mm, depending on your project requirements.
• Surface Coating: Matte black powder coating for maximum solar absorption (up to 95%).
• Perforation Pattern: 1.6 mm holes, 2% open area, staggered pattern for optimal airflow and heat transfer.
• Glazing: Unglazed (no glass). Snow slides off immediately, nothing breaks.
• Efficiency: Up to 83% peak thermal efficiency.
• Lifespan: 25+ years.
• Mounting: Balcony railings, facades, flat roofs, or sheds.

2. The 40ft Solar Heating Container

The complete, mobile 24/7 heating plant.

• Base Unit: Standard 40ft High Cube shipping container.
• Solar Collector Surface: 30 m² of our modular cassettes mounted on the south-facing wall.
• Thermal Battery: 10 m³ of highly insulated thermal gravel.
• Storage Capacity: Stores 100+ kWh of heat (enough for 10–20 hours of continuous nighttime heating).
• Intelligent Bypass: 50/50 split control. Direct heat to the building while simultaneously charging the battery.
• Peak Power: Up to 18 kW of free heat on a sunny winter day.
• Installation: Plug-and-play. Connect the insulated duct to your building and turn it on.

3. Performance & Climate

• Temperature Rise (Standard):25–40°C (45–72°F) above outside temperature (ideal for high-volume ventilation).
• Temperature Rise (High-Temp Mode): Up to 80°C (144°F) in low-flow mode.
• Nighttime Output (Container): Delivers 30–40°C (86–104°F) air from the thermal battery.
• Operating Temperature: Works reliably in extreme cold down to -40°C (-40°F).
• Snow Performance: Zero snow accumulation. Clear within an hour of sunrise.

4. Fans & Electrical

• Cassette Systems: Powered by a 20–30 Watt low-energy fan (can be connected to a wall socket or a small dedicated solar panel).
• Container Systems: Quiet 12V DC fans powered by a dedicated solar panel on the container roof (fully off-grid). Backup wall-socket connection available.
• Safety: Equipped with a backdraft damper to prevent cold drafts at night, and an easy-to-clean insect/dust filter.

5. Availability & Pricing

• Modular Cassettes: Priced per sheet depending on thickness (0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, or 1.0 mm). Minimum order of 10 sheets. Shipped rolled in a sturdy cylinder for affordable delivery.
• 40ft Container (Rent): From €800 – €1,200 per month (includes maintenance and setup support).
• 40ft Container (Buy): From €22,000 – €28,000, depending on configuration.
